The Future Coach
Marc Flint is a highly experienced Future Predictor and Marketing Visionary, revolutionizing strategy since 1989. Flint’s superpower is his proven ability to accurately forecast major shifts in technology, society, and the global economy.
This expertise has guided over 300 major brands and several governments at their highest levels, including his origin country Germany, helping them navigate complex futures. Between 1989 and 2000, he worked in big advertising agencies such as BBDO, Ogilvy&Mather, and DDB for prestige clients like Disney, Apple, Virgin, and BMW. He began as a campaign copywriter but quickly became proficient in most areas of professional communication, branding, strategy, and production.
Since 2000, after a severe “purpose crisis” (the German word for existential crisis), his singular mission has been to help create a Human-Centric Economy that he called back then “Anthroconomy” and his resulting “Ideas for a Better Tomorrow” – as a University lecturer for Future Marketing (2000-2002), entrepreneur, book author, sought-after business speaker for “Economy 2030”, brand builder, executive mentor, and life transformation coach.
Flint is also the founder of several visionary companies such as the talent marketplace SKILLY (in 2003) in Berlin, the SYNCONOMY Future Advisory Agency and the NEOWOW purpose brand agency in America and he is the co-founder of the visionary Web3 community, WESION, based in the UK.
Since 2019, he has collected over 5,000 pieces of positive future news, transforming this knowledge into the Future.Coach blog and news site. Flint blends profound market insights with a creative, action-oriented approach, making him the authentic Business Jedi Master for leaders and change-makers.
In 2015, he left Germany to become a global inspirator.
After working for a Thai princess in 2018 and for the Malaysian government in 2019, the pandemic stranded him on Palawan, the best island in the world, which he has declared his Future Home and what he loves to call his Treasure Island.

Flint is currently writing his 39th book, focusing on the next phase of society and economy. And he is aiming to go back to University teaching, this time as a visiting professor for his new class “Future Economics” at Palawan State University.
